Have recently moved my mother into Windmill Lodge – the facilities are befitting of an upmarket hotel and her room is 4* hotel standard – the room has a French doors arrangement that opens onto a small patio and garden area – my mother is enjoying the views and the especially high-quality facilities.
The food is very good – decent cafe/restaurant style and the staff bring her tea and coffee and other tasty treats throughout the day. The level of care is very good indeed with regular checks throughout the day and the staff are all very pleasant and obliging. Exactly what we wanted for Mum’s dementia care in a nursing home.
