We are searching for a new Lifestyle Lead to join our team. You will be leading a team of Lifestyle Coordinators, ensuring that activities are planned and organised for our residents whilst distributing areas of work to your team.
In this role you will be:
- Striving to increase residents’ wellbeing by making all activities entertaining, motivating and engaging
- Making sure that the activities are varied and centred around the residents’ past and current interests
- Ensuring that the residents have an opportunity to be involved in a variety of old and new activities
- Accurately recording the information for each resident
- Implementing principles of Personal Life Stories to create a tailored approach to daily activities
- Spending time with residents to develop meaningful relationships
- Planning and organising groups and one-to-one sessions in response to identified interests and requests

Rate of Pay: £11.74 p/h – Full time on a rota basis with alternate weekends.
