Recruitment Lead

Due to the growth of the Athena Healthcare Group, we are looking for a Recruitment Lead to join our team. You will be based in our Head Office in Southport and will be responsible for managing the recruitment of staff within in our Lodges and for the planned opening of our new Lodges. 

 

In this role you will be working in a small team, reporting to the HR Manager with your duties including:

 

·       Attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to our permanent positions within the service

·       Undertaking responsibility for the delivery of ‘live’ vacancies and working directly with Managers

·       Networking and direct sourcing through LinkedIn etc.

·       Building relationships with Managers to understand their specific requirements and developing relevant talent pools

·       Working closely with the Marketing Team to advertise vacancies as part of targeted recruitment campaigns

·       Recruitment and onboarding management reports

·       Identifying new ways to access and attract new candidates

·       Maintain regular contact/communication with Managers to update them on their roles, discuss feedback and give recommendations

·       Assist in interview processes as required

·       Completing HR administration tasks as required

·       Supporting the induction process

·       Ensuring compliance and completing file audits

Experience & Qualifications

 

For this role, it is essential that you:

 

·       Partly CIPD qualified or with an equivalent qualification

·       Have a strong background and understanding of the recruitment lifecycle in a high-volume environment

·       Experience of candidate attraction of both passive and active candidates. This includes reviewing and identifying a new way of candidate attraction.

·       Experience managing the recruitment lifecycle through shortlisting, interviews, offer and onboarding stages

·       Have the ability to design and deliver Recruitment events/open days

·       Have strong computer literacy skills including Excel e.g. data entry, basic formulas, graphs and reports

·       Have a proactive approach to the recruitment process both for current recruitment requirements and planned resource requirements

Salary: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience

Hours: 37.5 – Monday to Friday
