HR/Recruitment Administrator


Rate of Pay: £13 per hour (£25,350 p.a.)

Hours of work: 37.5 per week

Location: Head Office, Hesketh Park Lodge, Southport

We are looking for a HR/Recruitment Administrator to join our small friendly HR team. You will be based at Head Office in Southport.

As a HR/Recruitment administrator, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of work including:

  • Processing applications and arranging interviews
  • Processing DBS, contracts and change of contracts
  • Onboarding process for new staff including overseas staff in line with CQC regulations.
  • First point of contact for recruitment by all manager and Lodge Administrators
  • Ensuring compliance of staff files and general monitoring
  • Supporting recruitment events, new Lodge openings and induction of Lodge Administrators
  • Provide general administrative support to HR 

You will have:

  • Excellent IT skills so you can input data onto HR systems and monitor and track applicant progress
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work to ensure our vacancies are filled efficiently.
  • Able to show initiative and have excellent organisations skills

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a fast-paced environment in a similar HR/recruitment background and can demonstrate initiative. It is essential you are a real team player, can communicate confidentially and professionally and have a good sense of humour.
