DAY CARE CENTRE MANAGER

Hours of work:– 40 hours per week
Location: Windmill Lodge, Lytham St Annes
This is an exciting new challenge to be the Manager of our Day Care Centre set within Windmill Lodge, our brand-new purpose-built service providing residential, nursing care and day care service to over 200 residents.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the adult care sector to join a well-respected care provider in the northwest region.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Day Care Centre and its compliance including the development and delivering of activities for service users with severe and enduring mental health issues.
Reporting to the General Manager, you must have excellent leadership skills and actively engage in the business planning and marketing of the Day Care Centre.
It is essential that you can demonstrate leadership and management skills as well as the compassion and resilience needed to provide a high quality service.
