We’re looking for a Clinical Development Nurse to join our team who can lead, support and continuously improve clinical governance and quality of care for our residents.
This exciting opportunity would suit an individual with solid nursing experience and a flexible and can-do attitude. You must have strong and up-to-date clinical practice as well as extensive experience of residents/patient care with complex care needs.
In this role, you’ll review and support the performance of every Home in your region to ensure it’s performing to the highest clinical standards. You’ll regularly review the clinical governance database and our KPIs and analyse the results. You will be expected to identify practical strategies to make sure we’re compliant with every regulation.
Working closely with the Regional Manager, quality team and senior clinical staff in each home, you’ll plan and help implement key actions to address any issues and keep improving standards month in, month out. Whether you’re organising new training, helping attract key senior clinical staff, or delivering clinical investigations, your leadership skills and passion for delivering the best will shine through.
Hours: 40 hours per week, days/nights as required on a flexible basis
Location: based in Southport but work will be working flexibly across our Lodges
