Essential Standards of Care

All of our lodges ensure that each of our residents receive the best levels of care and support that helps them keep their independence.

We provide the following Essential Standards of Care:

  • Treating our residents with compassion, respect and dignity
  • Allowing residents privacy in personal matters
  • Keeping our residents safe and informed about every aspect of their treatment
  • Living in welcoming, clean and comfortable and surroundings
  • Giving our residents encouragement and opportunities to live life to the fullest
  • Treating personal records confidentially, and keeping them safe and updated
  • Granting residents access to an open and honest complaints procedure to raise any issues or concerns
  • Protecting our residents from abuse or any risk of abuse and to have their human rights observed
